A Forest.
A three-dimensional work, based on monoprints
on paper and translucent PVC strips.
A thick and silent forest that reaches out to greet
the visitor. It protects us and through its presence
in space does not let us see who or what will come;
it just appears. It attracts us with all our senses.
One’s body becomes part of the work, a work that
touches us, and tells us several different stories.
The nuances of black, the interrupted lines that
continue on different planes, the translucent strips
cause mirage-like effects. They cause visitors to
create their own paths, giving rise to different
perceptions. Each one takes risks and shelters in
their own refuge. With the absolute pleasure of
being able to touch and become seduced by the
sound of the contact between body and paper:
impelling you to keep moving forward.
In this presentation there is no "clearing" in the
Forest, there is no reprieve.
At the end of the tour, the photographs talk of
fantasies and resurrections.
